Neck Deep e casa de shows se posicionam sobre conflito em apresentação

Um dia depois da apresentação do Neck Deep em Nottingham, na casa de shows Rock City, que terminou em confusão entre a banda e a equipe de segurança, os integrantes e o estabelecimento lançaram notas se posicionando sobre o fato.

Na manhã de hoje, o Neck Deep divulgou em suas redes sociais um texto aos fãs falando que a preocupação número um dos integrantes é a segurança dos fãs. Os caras disseram que acreditam que violência nunca é a melhor forma de resolver nenhuma questão.

A banda completou dizendo que a tour seguirá normalmente e que a cidade de Nottingham deve ganhar uma nova apresentação do Neck Deep em breve, sem ingressos adicionais.

Já a casa de shows, Rock City, explicou que está investigando o ocorrido para ter certeza se a equipe de segurança tratou os fãs de maneira rude. Na mesma nota, o estabelecimento disse que "pelas imagens, não parece que a equipe de segurança teve uma atitude desproporcional com a plateia".

We are currently still fully investigating the incident. It appears that the band took exception to the way the Rock City security were handling fans who were crowd surfing into the pit and attempting to get on stage.

This unfortunately escalated into a physical confrontation between the band and the security staff. Having reviewed the CCTV footage and spoken to witnesses, it doesn't appear that the security staff were disproportionate in their response to the crowd surfing.

We take the safety of our customers very seriously and constantly review our crowd management policy. Of course, we know how disappointing this has been for the fans who didn't get to see the band play. We hope to be able to make a further announcement on this shortly.
